Free Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.

Flat Rate Shipping

For orders under $100, a flat shipping fee of $9.99 will be applied at checkout.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

International Shipping

At this time, Medicube US primarily serves customers within the United States.

Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or other import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs Delays: Customs procedures may cause delays beyond our initial delivery estimates.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, we may:
