Medicube US Return & Refund Policy

At Medicube US, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, our return policy is designed to make the process clear and simple.

Eligibility

This return policy applies only to orders purchased directly from our official Medicube US online store.

If you purchased Medicube products from another retailer or marketplace, please follow that seller’s return policy.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of your order delivery date.

Product Condition

To qualify for a return, products must be:

Unopened and unused

In their original packaging

With all seals, labels, and accessories intact

⚠️ Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned, unless they were received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

 within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include your:

Full name

Order number

Reason for return

Photos (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Our support team will review your request and provide:

Return authorization (if applicable)

The return address and any additional instructions

Please do not send products back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

Customer responsibility:

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer.

Medicube US responsibility (we cover return shipping) if:

You received a damaged item

You received a defective product

You received the wrong item due to our fulfillment error

In these cases, we may provide a prepaid return label or an alternative resolution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original method of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to a confirmed Medicube US error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).

Exchanges

At this time, we typically do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you would like a different item, size, or product, we recommend:

Completing the return (if eligible), and

Placing a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and policy reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Opened or used skincare products

Items marked “Final Sale”

Gift cards or digital vouchers

Free samples or promotional items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item:

Order Cancellations

If your order has already shipped, you may request a return (if eligible) once it is delivered.
