3. Are Medicube products cruelty-free or vegan?
Medicube products are not tested on animals.

5. Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, in many cases.
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, as long as the product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Opened or used skincare products are not returnable for hygiene reasons, unless they were received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

6. What items are non-returnable?
For hygiene and policy reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Opened or used skincare products
Items clearly marked “Final Sale”
Gift cards or digital vouchers
Free samples or promotional items
7. How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped:
Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

8. Do you ship internationally?
Medicube US primarily serves customers within the United States.
If international shipping is available for your location, it will appear as an option at checkout along with estimated costs and delivery times.
Any customs, duties, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
9. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can click the tracking link to see the latest status.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
10. My package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
If you experience any of these issues:
Check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office/carrier.

with your order number and tracking number.

12. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders can only be canceled or modified before they are processed and shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, changes are no longer possible. You may, however, request a return (if eligible) after delivery.

13. Do Medicube products expire?
Yes.
Each product has an expiration date or a PAO (Period After Opening) symbol on the packaging (e.g., “12M” indicating 12 months after opening).
For best results, follow the recommended usage period and store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
